I went to Agnew's to swap to vent on the gas fire for one the right size.

29 Aug. Hot water ! Roof flashing going on at last. Exciting day.

Roof not finished as they need to order more flashing.

Finally talked to Chris the plumber who has been busy - he will arrange hot water !

Wash day for the kiddies, and bought some more Sentinel at 20% off. Bought a new name tag for Daisy too.

Much better. You don't smell like dead possums anymore.

19 Aug. Just Mick today, painting. Luke from Grand Kitchens dropped in for a measure.

A quiet day

17 Aug. Saturday. Mehmet has welded our gate lugs.

He's used to work at Holden as a tool maker. He wanted some welding done once but it was expensive so he bought a MigWeld kit and taught himself. Now he does welding as a hobby.

16 Aug. Rendering but no Plumber - so far. Mick painting, Alfie on skirting

Onsite - 0730 Rendering - Andrew and George and looking good.

Renders have finished both walls now. They will quote on also doing the North boundary wall and also quote on a coat of waterproofing to fully protect all the work.

0700 Mick painting, Alfie on skirting - the floor is not even so Alfie has to do a bit of magic cutting the skirts just right.
